Shri Ritesh Tambe, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the husband of the petitioner expired on 05/10/2020. However, the respondent-Zilla Parishad, Amravati is not paying the family pension to the petitioner. The name of the petitioner has also not been added to her husband's P. P. O as a family pension holder. The learned counsel pointed out the legal heirship certificate dated 27/11/2021 issued in favour of the petitioner by the 3rd Jt. Civil Judge (J.D.), Aachalpur, which was submitted to the respondent-Zilla Parishad. 3.

Issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 22/03/2024. 4.

The learned Additional Government Pleader waives service of notice for respondent Nos.1 and 3.
