DATE : 23RD APRIL, 2025 Mr.Shinde, learned counsel for the respondent No.2, upon instructions, makes a statement, that a proposal for grant of family pension to the petitioner, in view of the legal heirship certificate dated 27/11/2021 issued by the 3rd Joint Civil Judge, Junior Division, Achalpur in RMJC No.165 of 2021, which holds the petitioner to be the legal heir of the deceased employee Shriram Bapurao Khande, has already been forwarded to the respondent No.1 on 25/04/2022. It would therefore be apparent that though the nomination in Form-A bears the name of somebody else, what would prevail would be the legal heirship certificate dated 27/11/2021, issued by the Competent Court. The respondent No.1, therefore, is directed to act upon the same and process the pension claim of the petitioner within a KHUNTE
