Heard learned Counsel for the respective parties. (2) By this Petition, the Petitioner is seeking direction to the Respondent No. 2 - Deputy Director of Education to grant approval to the proposal of the Petitioner for issuance of Shalarth ID. (3) It appears that vide order dated 03/07/2023, the Deputy Director of Education informed to the Education Officer about the deficiencies in the proposal. One of the deficiencies is that the Petitioner has not cleared the TET examination before the cut off date and passed the TET examination in 2020. (4) In view thereof, the Respondent No. 2 - Deputy Director of Education is hereby directed to consider the directions issued by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Anjuman-E-Taleem Trust (supra) and on this count, the proposal of the Petitioner for grant of Shalarth ID may not be refused, if other conditions mentioned in the letter dated 03/07/2023 are satisfied. Decision be taken within a period of three weeks from the date of passing of this order.
