2] The application seeking stay indicates that the Maharashtra Revenue Tribunal had granted stay till 7/10/2024 as against the request to grant stay till final judgment (page 101 of writ petition) on the apprehension that the respondent therein (petitioner herein), may create third party interest, cultivate, sale or mortgage the suit land. Accordingly, the Tribunal, on 7/10/2024, granted stay till final judgment. One of the reasons was that none appeared for the petitioner.

3] The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the statement in the application that the Hon'ble Court had granted stay till 7/10/2024, is incorrect. He seeks time to place on record relevant documents. Granted.
