Learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that the proceedings before the Maharashtra Revenue Tribunal, Nagpur, in an appeal bearing Case No. MISC./TNC/AKO-01/2024, are now at the stage of final arguments and therefore, the challenge to the interim order dated 07.10.2024 need not be prosecuted at this stage.

In view of this, the writ petition is disposed of. 3.

However, considering the controversy involved, Maharashtra Revenue Tribunal is directed to expeditiously decide the proceedings.
