In this petition on 30th July, 2024, this Court directed the Deputy Director of Education to conduct an enquiry in the matter of grant of approval to the appointment of two teachers as Court found that, in absence of permission of Education Officer, appointment orders were issued to them. Accordingly, learned Assistant Government SKNair

But, in view of submission of learned Assistant Government Pleader, the original record of the proposal of approval will be necessary to decide the fate of the matter, learned Assistant Government Pleader is directed to procure the record of proposal of approval from the Education Officer, within a period of one week. It is made clear that subject to the availability of time, the petition will be heard finally on next date.
