After hearing the parties for some time, prima facie, we find that the only issue regarding the rejection of approval to the petitioner, employee, seems to be the lack of permission from the competent authority in that regard. 3.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader, as also the learned Counsel appearing for the Management, seeks some more time to make a submission in that regard. 4.

In that view of the matter, place the matter for further consideration on 14.01.2026, by way of a last chance.
