Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

It is the case of the petitioner that he had appeared in the recruitment of CT/GD examination 2024 for the post of Rifleman. It is the further case of the petitioner that initially he was found medically unfit by the Medical Board, but, subsequently he has undergone the private medical test and he was found fit. His prayer to the Court is to constitute the medical board and refer him for re-examination. 3.
We have heard Mr. Dhumane, learned counsel for the respondents, who agrees that the medical board would be constituted and the petitioner would be examined medically again.

The learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he is pressing prayer clause No. (iii) only. In view thereof, we direct the respondent authorities to constitute the medical
2 912-1300-25.odt board. Once the medical board is constituted, the petitioner can be asked to appear for medical examination. The entire process be done within a period of 8 weeks from today. 5.
The petition is disposed off.
