Learned Advocate for the petitioner-husband states that although by order dated 10th September 2025, the petitioner was directed to deposit the amount of pending arrears of maintenance, the amount could not be deposited in the Court since the demand draft is prepared in the name of respondentwife. Learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is ready to hand over the demand draft of Rs.2 Lakhs to the respondent-wife.

The petitioner is directed to hand over the said demand draft to the respondent-wife, during the course of day.
