DATE : 07.03.2026 After arguing the matter for sometime, learned counsel for petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to file a fresh application before the Sub-Divisional Level Committee, Dharni, on the basis of available documents.

Having regards to the controversy involved, the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the petitions with liberty as prayed for.

It is clarified that after the petitioner files any fresh application before the Sub-Divisional Level Committee, Dharni, the same be considered by the Committee afresh without being influenced by the orders passed by the Sub-Divisional Level Committee, Dharni and the appellate authorities earlier.

In view of this, the writ petitions are disposed of accordingly.
