The present petitioner had approached this Court seeking direction for submitting proposal for old pension to the respondents.

Mr. Kshirsagar, the learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the petition the respondent No.2 Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Yavatmal has submitted the proposal for grant of pension to the petitioner.

In view of the above, the grievance of the petitioner is redressed and hence the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition. 4.

Permission is granted.
