Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the following order is passed:

ORDER

(i) The learned District Judge, shall endeavour to decide the R.C.A. No. 54/2020 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. (ii) Till the decision of the Appeal, the Deputy Superintendent of Land Record, Umred shall not proceed with the measurement of the suit properties.

The Petition is disposed of in the above terms. No costs.

Pending application/s, if any, shall stand disposed of accordingly.
