By way of the present petition, the petitioner is challenging the enquiry report submitted by the Assistant Registrar Co-operative Societies, Chandurbazar to the District Deputy Registrar Co-operative Societies. 3.

This proceeding was initiated pursuant to the Maharashtra Money Lending Act, 2014 and now enquiry is going on. After conducting the enquiry, a report is submitted before the District Deputy Registrar Co-operative Societies, therefore, the petitioner is having every right to challenge any order, if passed pursuant to the enquiry report. In view thereof, at this stage, it is not proper to interfere with the enquiry conducted by the authorities. By keeping all the issues open, the writ petition is disposed of, as not maintainable.
