The proceeding under the Mamlatdars Courts Act, 1906 is a summary proceeding. Considering the provisions of Mamlatdars Courts Act, 1906 and its purpose, I am of the opinion that, the view taken by the Coordinate Bench of this Court, needs to be revisited and if necessary, reference be made to the larger Bench. Hence, place this matter on 12.09.2024.

Accordingly, the stay granted by this Court vide order dated 07.03.2024 shall stand vacated.
