Mr. Gandhi, learned counsel for the petitioner, upon instruction, makes a statement that the balance of the OTS, amounting to Rs.5,62,500/- shall be deposited by the petitioner with the respondent nos.1 and 2 within a period of eight days from today.

In case the same is done and it satisfies the total OTS figure, the respondent nos.1 and 2 shall release the mortgaged property in favour of the petitioner by executing and registering an appropriate document in that regard. 3.

The writ petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.
