We permit the petitioner to make representation to the Collector, Wardha based on the policy as reflected in the Corrigendum dated 28th July, 2020 and similar Government resolutions objecting the proposal for opening or allotment of new Fair Price Shop.

We expect the Collector to decide the same according to law within four weeks from the date of such representation. 3.

The petition stands disposed of. No costs.
