The perusal of the prayer clause in the present writ petition reveals that the petitioner has approached this Court against the fresh auction sale notice issued on 24th January 2024.

The aforesaid notice scheduled the auction on 20th February 2024. The present writ petition which was filed on 24th January 2024 has never seen the light of the day and is listed today before this Court after passage of two years. Thus, cause of action involved in the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous by the efflux of time.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous.
