While riding motorcycle bearing registration No.MH-31/CJ-8314, the husband of the petitioner Dayaram was hit by wild boar resulting into suffering head injury and as such he came to be died. Crime No.347/21 punishable under Sections 279 and 304-A of the Indian penal Code and Section 184 of the Motor Vehicles Act came to be registered against the deceased. 4.
Since the deceased has died because of the injuries suffered by the dash given by wild boar, it is the case of the petitioner-widow of deceased that she is entitled for compensation for Rs.20,00,000/- (Rupees Twenty Lakhs) as has been prescribed in Government Resolution dated 23-8-2022.
