2) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that while riding a motorcycle bearing registration No.MH-34 BQ 7547, the husband of the petitioner Vasudeo Laxman Sarkar had met with an accident as the wild boar dashed to his motorcycle, therefore, he sustained a head injury and died. Accordingly, on 07/01/23 Crime No. no.03/23 was registered at Dhantoli police station. 3) The deceased Vasudeo died because of a head injury suffered due to a dash given by the wild boar, the petitioner claims that she is entitled to receive compensation of Rs.20 Lakhs as has been prescribed in the Government Resolution dated 23/08/2022.
