The challenge is to the debarment of the order dated 23rd February 2024, as it is claimed that such debarment is based on the show cause notice dated 22nd June 2023 which is vague in nature and does not contain the material formed the basis for order of the debarment of the petitioner. 3.

Issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 8th March, 2024. 4.
