Of NCT Delhi [Civil Appeal Nos.7167-7168 of 2014 decided on 04.08.2014].

3) It is the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner that before passing the impugned order, he was not put to notice on the issue of punishment, which was proposed against him.

4) The learned counsel for the respondents seeks time till 11/03/2024 to make statement.
