On 16th September, 2025, fresh notice was issued to respondent No.3, returnable on 23rd September, 2025. The office note shows that the notice issued to the newly added respondent No.3 is awaited. However, Mr. Roshan Suryawanshi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, points out the newly added respondent No.3 is the Government Industrial Training Institute, and therefore, the learned AGP can waive notice for respondent No.3.

Mr. Ghurde, learned AGP, does not dispute the aforesaid position. Hence, the learned AGP waives notice for the newly added respondent No.3.
