For the order which is proposed to pass, the notice to other respondents are not necessary.

It is admitted, that a civil dispute is pending between the parties and accordingly the revenue authorities refused to carryout the mutation entries till the disposal of such civil case.

Mr. Karode, learned counsel for the petitioner, now prayed that only in view of Section 150 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code (for short the "MLR Code"

2 2.WP.1651-2024.odt hereinafter), the mutation entries in the register of disputed cases maintained separately be recorded. Only after the disposal of the civil proceedings and according to such decision, the necessary entries could be recorded in the main register.

Mr. Mate, learned AGP for the respondent Nos. 1 to 4/State, would submit that such procedure could be adopted as provided under Section 150 of the MLR Code. Accordingly, the concerned authorities are directed to comply with the provisions of Section 150 of the MLR Code and only after the civil dispute is concluded, carryout the necessary entries in the main register.

With these directions, the present petition stands disposed of. No costs.

The parties shall act on the authenticated copy of this order.

Pending application/s, if any shall stand disposed of accordingly.
