Mr. Ashwin Deshpande, the learned counsel for the petitioners has tendered across the bar a pursis dated 08.01.2026 whereby the petitioners seek permission to withdraw the present writ petition in the light of the Government Resolution dated 07.10.2024 with a liberty to file a fresh petition, in case any fresh cause of action arises concerning the employment of the petitioner.

In view of above, permission is granted.

The writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. No costs.
