Counsel for the petitioner states that he has wrongly annexed the impugned order at Annexure-K and seeks permission to replace the annexure by annexing proper impugned order, which is order dated 10.6.2024 passed by the Chief Secretary. He, therefore, submits that by this civil application he has prayed for permission to place on record correct annexure as Annexure-K.
