Heard Mr. Chimote, learned Counsel for the petitioner. 2.

Petitioner's grievance is against the rejection of application for allotment of land from the category of disabled persons. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondents have rejected the petitioner's application by observing that the petitioner's husband is getting pension and the petitioner is having house on a plot admeasuring 1124 sq.ft. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner's husband is not getting any pension and the observation that the petitioner is having house on the land admeasuring 1124 sq.ft. is also incorrect. He submits that the petitioner is the owner of land admeasuring 53.1 sq.mtr. alongwith two other persons and this cannot be considered to be a disqualification.
