Issue notice to the respondent, returnable on 3.5.2024.

The Petitioners are permitted to serve the respondent by private mode of service in addition to regular mode of service, including service on the lawyer appearing before the trial Court and file an affidavit of service by next date, failing which the petitioners shall deposit costs of Rupees Five Hundred with High Court Legal Services SubCommittee, Nagpur. 3.

At this stage Mr. M.G. Bhangde, learned Senior Advocate is praying for grant of interim relief. It is submitted that during the pendency of the appeal before the National Commission 50% of amount i.e. Rs.10/- lakhs was deposited and stay was granted on such condition. 4.

In that view of the matter, there shall be stay to the impugned judgment and order passed by the National
