Mr. Kotwal, learned Counsel for the proposed intervenor, has tendered across the bar an affidavit dated 07.05.2025 stating that he has removed all the goods useful to him and has locked the premises under his lock and key and shall keep it locked for a period of 7 days, in view of which, the compliance as required by the order dated 06.05.2025 stands reported. It is now for the proposed intervenor to show cause to the notice dated 06.05.2025 within the aforesaid period.

The Petition is accordingly disposed off. No costs. 4.
