DATED : 28th FEBRUARY, 2025 It is not disputed, that the petitioner is a beneficiary under Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Krishi Swawlamban Yojna, which provided for grant of incentive for digging well in the farm to farmers. It is not disputed, that an amount of Rs.1,07,000/-, has been disbursed to the petitioner out of total amount of Rs.3,35,000/-, leaving a balance of Rs.2,28,000/-. It is also not disputed, that the well has been constructed by the petitioner in his farm under the aforesaid scheme. The only ground for not disbursing the amount is that the construction was not made within the time frame of the scheme. Since there is no dispute, that the well has been dug by the petitioner in terms of aforesaid scheme, we allow the petition by directing the respondent nos.1 and 2, to

2 16-1769-24.odt make payment of the balance amount, Rs.2,28,000/-, due and payable to the petitioner, as indicated above within a period of two weeks from today, after verifying that the well has been completed by the petitioner.
