2) In continuation of the order dated 23/01/2025 in respect of petitioner No.28 Dr. Ravindra Shankarrao Waghmare, we deem it appropriate to pass the following order :- 3) Since the controversy is regarding the age of retirement, whether it is 60 or 62, in case the petitioner submits an undertaking that he will not claim any benefits or entitlement for anything or any monetary dues and the Court holds that the age of retirement is 60 years, the petitioner would continue to impart teaching without any emoluments of any nature whatsoever or for that matter any entitlement till he attains the age of 62 years, subject to the result of the petition. 4) Stand over after two weeks.
