Mr. Parchure, learned counsel for the petitioners, indicates that the petitioner Nos.6 and 16 are going to retire by the end of this month in case their age of retirement is taken to be 60 years, in light of which the direction in para 7 of the order dated 28.03.2024, shall apply to them also, subject to the undertaking as indicated in para 6 thereof being submitted by them by 29.04.2024.
