DATE : 12TH JUNE, 2024 The learned GP submits that in view of similar petitions filed before this Court Bench at Aurangabad, steps are being taken to club those matters and therefore, he seeks accommodation.

The learned Advocate for the petitioners indicates that the petitioner Nos.8 and 27 are going to retire by the end of this month. In case their age of retirement is taken to be 60 years, in light of which the direction in para-7 of the order dated 28/03/2024 shall apply to them also. He also points out that similar order was also given in respect of petitioner Nos.6 and 16 by this Court on 26/04/2024. He submits that the petitioner Nos.8 and 27 are ready to give KHUNTE

In view of the above said circumstances and taking into consideration the orders passed by this Court on 28/03/2024 and 26/04/2024, similar protection is granted to petitioner Nos.8 and 27, subject to the undertaking as indicated in para-6 of the order dated 28/03/2024 to be submitted by them on or before 27/06/2024.

Place the matter for further consideration on 01/07/2024.
