DATE : 12.07.2024 Learned AGP submits that she is yet to receive instructions, as regards, the steps those who are proposed to be taken by the Government for clubbing of the matters from this Bench as well as the Aurangabad Bench, she seeks accommodation. 2.

Learned Advocate for the petitioner indicates that the petitioner No.5 is going to retire by the end of this month, in case his age of retirement is taken to be 60 years. He points out that in the Prity

2 / 2 85.wp1810.2024 earlier orders passed by this Court, this Court had permitted the persons to continue to work till the age of 62, directions were given in para 7 of orders dated 28.03.2024, 26.04.2024 and 12.06.2024 in respect of some of the petitioners. Petitioner No.5 is ready to give undertaking as indicated in para 6 of order dated 28.03.2024.

In view of the said circumstances and taking into consideration the orders passed by this Court earlier similar direction is granted to the petitioner No.5, subject to undertaking as indicated in para 6 of the order dated 28.03.2024 is submitted by him on or before 31.07.2024.

Place the matter for further consideration on 05.08.2024.
