Civil Application (CAW) No.1574/2024, seeks direction to the respondents to process the regular pension case of the petitioners treating them to have retired at the age of 60 years and to commence the payment of regular pension on its

Since the controversy involved, is the age of retirement, whether it is 60 or 62, the processing of the pension papers of the petitioners, taking them to have retired attaining the age of 60 years would anyway have to be done, considering which, the application is allowed, in respect of the petitioners, who have already crossed 60 years of age, who are petitioner nos.1, 2, 3, 5, 16 and 27. This is without prejudice to the rights claimed and interim orders passed.

The claim shall be processed and decided Petitioner Nos. 6 & 7 are replaced by 5 & 16 as per order dt.
