The petitioners have approached this Court seeking a direction to respondent No.3 to decide the application dated 10th August, 2021 under Section 28-A of the Land Acquisition Act.

The aforesaid application is at record page No.67 (Annexure-5).

Since an innocuous prayer is made by the petitioners, we dispose of the present writ petition with a direction to respondent No.3 to decide the aforesaid application dated 10th August, 2021, submitted by the petitioners, within a period of eight weeks from the date of production of this order. 4.

The decision taken thereupon shall be communicated to the petitioners within a period of two weeks thereafter. 5.
