After the petitioner was elected from 'Mana'

Scheduled Tribe category, the claim was forwarded for verification as could be inferred from communication dated 30.12.2020 (Annexure-D) and the communication dated 17.10.2022 (Annexure-H) issued by the Scheduled Tribe Caste Scrutiny Committee, Nagpur.

We are informed that since the petitioner is resident of Nagpur, the claim was forwarded to Nagpur Committee.

In the aforesaid background, we deem it appropriate to direct the petitioner to appear before the Committee on 29th April, 2024.

Thereafter, the
