According to her, since the interim order passed by the Family Court is under challenge, the matter would go before the learned Single Judge.

We deem it appropriate in the facts and circumstances of the case to permit the petitioner to approach before the Family Court to seek additional access than the one which is provided by order dated 06.10.2023.
