Considering the fact, that the learned counsel for the petitioners presses for interim relief in the nature of release of the Demat accounts of the petitioner No.2, which is in absence of any reply from the respondent, as an interim arrangement, in case a bank guarantee is given by the petitioner No.2, equivalent to the amount of tax, penalty and interest as of date, drawn on nationalized bank to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court, which is for the purpose of securing the tax liability, if any
