Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

The challenge in the present petition is to the order passed on 07/03/2024, thereby rejecting the application filed by the petitioner for reopening of the evidence, which was closed on the same day at around 03:12 p.m. and also rejecting the request for issuance of summons. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since he reached the Court late at around 05:00 p.m., however, at that time, the order of closing evidence was passed and even though application was filed giving reasons, the same is rejected by a cryptic order.

Issue notice to the respondent, returnable on 04/04/2024.

Learned Trial Court is requested to postpone the matter fixed today itself beyond the returnable date. 6.

The petitioner is permitted to serve the respondent by all modes of service permissible in law, in addition to regular mode of service.
