The land of the petitioner was acquired for the establishment of the industrial estate, based on which the petitioner claims for issuance of project affected person certificate.

Issue notice to all the respondents as it is prima facie demonstrated that what was sought to be canvassed by the counsel for the petitioner is covered by the Government Resolution dated 03.05.2010 and also the observations of the Division Bench in Writ Petition No. 1531 of 2015 which is followed in Writ Petition No. 3075 of 2022 (Ku. Kamini Deepak Khadse vs. the Collector and ors.) decided on 16.03.2023. The notice is made returnable on 19.08.2024. 5.
