This petition takes exception to the order dated 13-03-2024 passed by respondent no.1-Divisional Joint Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Amravati.

It is not in dispute that no show-cause notice was issued to the petitioners before passing the order impugned. In that view of the matter, the order impugned is set aside. iii.

The parties shall appear before the respondent no.1 on 10-10-2024. Respondent no.1 shall hear the parties and then shall pass fresh order.
