A limited prayer is made in this petition to direct respondent No.2 to grant compensation to the petitioner for the acquired house property as per ready reckoner rate for the year 2020-21.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has invited our attention to the notice issued by him dated 08.05.2023. 4.

Since the issue in the notice is still not decided by the respondent authorities, we direct the respondent authorities to decide the issue raised in the notice dated 08.05.2023 (page 38) in accordance with law, within a period of ten weeks from the receipt of copy of this order.
