The challenge in the present petition is orders passed by the concerned Authority imposing fine for violating the conditions of the transit pass/royalty pass. 3.
The learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that there is an alternate efficacious remedy available to the petitioner by filing an appeal under section 247 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order is passed without application of mind and without giving any reasons.

Such grounds are available for the petitioner to be raised in an appeal. Accordingly, liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach the Appellate Authority under section 247 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code. If such appeal KHUNTE
