Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondent No.2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner confines his prayer for issuing a direction to the Caste Scrutiny Committee to complete the proceeding for verification of caste certificate within stipulated time.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions, received from the Member Secretary of the Caste Scrutiny Committee, states that the Committee will decide the petitioner's matter within a week from today.

Accordingly, writ petition is finally disposed of in terms of the statement made by the learned

The Caste Scrutiny Committee shall thus complete the proceeding of verification of caste certificate of the petitioner within a week from today. The decision which may be taken by the Caste Scrutiny Committee shall be immediately communicated to the petitioner as well.

We further direct that till final decision by the Caste Scrutiny Committee is taken, services of the petitioner shall not be terminated by the respondent No.1.
