Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners.

The Writ Petition is not pressed, as such it stands disposed of.

Liberty is granted to the petitioners to approach afresh, in case after approval of the fresh staffing pattern, the additional post of teacher including that for the subject Math is being sanctioned. Based on such additional post, it is claimed that the petitioners can always seek repatriation of the surplus teacher. As far as the respondent No.6 is concerned, she may not be relieved till 20/02/2025. Kavita

Mr.P.N.Shende, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner in view of the aforesaid order has not pressed the petition, provided the petitioner shall be relieved after 20/02/2025, to which there is no objection from the respondent-Management and as such the Writ Petition stands disposed of.

In case, if the bills for release of salary of the surplus teachers are submitted, the same be considered by the Education Officer having regard to the aforesaid observations.
