The petitioners are claiming to be agricultural tenant of respondent nos. 1 to 10 and during the pendency of appeal before the Sub Divisional Officer as regards removal of name of petitioner as tenants over the land in question, the landlord sold out the land to the private builder and therefore after succeeding before the Sub Divisional Office when the landlord approached to the Maharashtra Land Revenue Tribunal in a revision, the preliminary objection was raised to the tenability of revision application on the ground that once the title has been transferred in the name of third person, the landlords have no locus to file any revision. It is submitted that the matter was heard on 14th February, SKNair

23-wp-2129-24.odt 2024 whereas the date mentioned in the order is 13th February, 2024 and it appears that it was signed on 15th February, 2024.

In that view of the matter, issue notice for final disposal to the respondents, returnable on 22nd April, 2024.
