Mrs. Sirpurkar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the amendment is based on the subsequent developments which took place after filing of the writ petition. 3.

In the aforesaid backdrop, we deem it appropriate to allow the application by permitting the petitioner to incorporate the amendment to the petition.

We further permit the respondents to file their consequential reply in the matter.

The amendment be carried out within a period of one week from today and reply thereto be filed within a period of two weeks thereafter.
