The petitioner has filed this petition challenging the suspension order dated 07.11.2023 passed by the respondent No.3.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner has stated that though as per Rule 36(6) of the Maharashtra Employees Of Private Schools (Conditions Of Service) Rules, 1981, no enquiry can be conducted during the vacation. On 11.05.2024 the summary proceeding is supplied to the petitioner. As per the provisions, the enquiry can not be conducted during this period. The vacations started from 02.05.2024 till 23.06.2024. The case is made out to grant the interim relief. 3.

As per prayer clause - iv, the enquiry is stayed till next date.

Stand over after vacation.
