The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that in order 12.02.2025 (at p.4), in the 5th line from the bottom, the term "petitioner" is mentioned instead of "respondent Nos. 2 and 3" and therefore, he urges for correction the same. Accordingly, the term "respondents Nos. 2 and 3" should be corrected instead of the "petitioner".

Similarly, learned Counsel Mr. N.P. Lambat submits that he is appearing for respondent No. 5. However, the name of Mr. Maheshwari is mentioned for respondent No. 5 instead of him. In fact, the learned Counsel, Mr. R.K. Maheshwari, is appearing for respondent No. 1, and therefore, the same is required to be corrected in the order accordingly. Corrections about counsel names shall be made, and the corrected order will be uploaded.
