The Petitioners are permitted to serve the respondent by private mode of service in addition to regular mode of service, including service on the lawyer appearing before the trial Court and file an affidavit of service by next date, failing which the petitioners shall deposit costs of Rupees Five Hundred with High Court Legal Services SubCommittee, Nagpur. 3.

The office objection, if any, be removed before the returnable date.

In the meantime, if the petitioners move any application for adjournment before the Labour Court, Gondia in Criminal Proceeding filed by the respondent, the learned Labour Court shall consider the same positively.
